Project Management Associate – Vaccine Innovation (CVIA) – Kebbi, Nigeria

About the role

PATH’s Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the implementation of a routine immunization strengthening project in Kebbi State. The role provides day‑to‑day operational support for mobile immunization teams serving hard‑to‑reach communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Lead, State Program Manager and other team members to develop integrated work plans and define milestones.
• Track and maintain project‑level schedules and resource plans.
• Provide implementation support including travel coordination, documentation management, scheduling, procurement follow‑up and logistics coordination.
• Develop and maintain the project risk register, create mitigation plans, monitor risk status and track issue resolution.
• Assist in the creation of tools and processes that enable smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project schedules, logistics and risk management, preferably in health or development settings.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kebbi State and collaborate with local teams.
