Project Management Associate – CVIA (Kebbi State, Nigeria)

About the role

The Center for Vaccine Innovation and Access (CVIA) at PATH is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the implementation of a routine immunisation strengthening project in Kebbi State. The role provides day‑to‑day operational support for mobile immunisation teams serving hard‑to‑reach communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Lead, State Program Manager and other team members to develop cross‑functional work plans and define appropriate milestones.
• Track and maintain an integrated project‑level schedule and resource plan.
• Provide daily implementation support, including monitoring progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes that enable efficient project execution.
• Report regularly to project managers and the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) team on status, issues and next steps.

Required profile

• At least five years (60 months) of experience in project management, preferably in health, vaccine or immunisation programmes.
• Senior‑level experience as indicated by the posting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kebbi State and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
