Project Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery of consulting and training projects for our global capacity‑building platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn client ideas into measurable outcomes while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Agile project delivery and execution, ensuring sprint goals are met and velocity improves.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of consulting and training projects in Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis and related certification courses.
• Facilitate sprint planning, track progress and maintain dashboards that monitor project health.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, optimise resources and manage stakeholder communication.
• Build and nurture strategic client partnerships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and achieve high client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and develop consultants and trainers, supporting their certification journeys.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitors and contribute to product development and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering training or consulting projects in project management, agile, change management or business analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project delivery consulting.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master or CBAP.
• Proven sales experience including cold calling, negotiation and meeting revenue targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project and business analysis tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro).
