Project & Client Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project & Client Account Manager to lead the delivery of client projects from kickoff to completion. The role ensures projects are on time, within scope, and meet high‑quality standards while coordinating internal teams across strategy, creative, media and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, defining milestones, timelines and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, track progress and remove blockers.
• Monitor delivery discipline, flag risks early and manage scope changes.
• Produce regular status reports and keep leadership informed of risks and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, feedback and outcomes.
• Continuously improve workflows and process efficiency using project‑management tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and timeliness.
