Project Associate

About the role

mDoc Healthcare Limited is seeking a Project Associate to support the delivery of virtual and in‑person self‑management services for members across sub‑Saharan Africa. The role is based onsite in Lagos and involves coordinating project activities, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing project activities according to the work plan.
• Use Jira and other digital tools to manage complex project schedules.
• Lead daily huddles with clinical and management teams.
• Prepare administrative documents, compile inputs, analyse financials and develop budgets.
• Collect and organise background materials for meetings and generate reports, decks and meeting minutes.
• Create monthly plans for virtual training and coordinate logistics with external partners for tele‑education programs.
• Initiate stakeholder meetings, summarise discussions and track action items.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset or willingness to become data‑driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong respect for members and team members, with a member‑centred approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
