About the role
The International Organization for Migration is seeking a temporary Project Assistant to support its Migration Governance programme in Lagos and Kano, Nigeria. The role will contribute to the implementation of protection, counter‑trafficking, voluntary return and reintegration, mental health, migration data and regular migration pathways activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of the Migration Governance programme components.
- Support collaboration with the Federal Government of Nigeria, state actors, NGOs and international partners.
- Provide administrative support for project activities in Lagos and Kano.
Required profile
- Experience or interest in migration, humanitarian or development projects.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
