Programmes Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Programmes Coordinator will design, develop and deliver high‑impact programmes and experiences for members of a premium hospitality and private members’ club. The role focuses on enhancing member engagement, satisfaction and retention through educational, networking, social and lifestyle events that align with the brand’s positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse member insights to identify relevant programme themes and trends.
• Develop programme concepts, define objectives, success metrics and create an annual calendar covering leadership sessions, business roundtables, workshops, networking events and social experiences.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate speakers, facilitators, trainers and industry experts.
• Collaborate with brand communications and creative teams to produce event messaging and promotional materials.
• Manage event logistics, partnerships, sponsorships and vendor relationships.
• Track programme performance, collect feedback and report on measurable value to members.
• Support the development of signature programmes and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 7 years (84 months) of experience in programme, event or member‑engagement management within luxury hospitality, lifestyle clubs or comparable environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects end‑to‑end and deliver results that meet organisational objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
