Program Manager Intern (Remote)

About the role

Wale Lab, the research and innovation hub of Wale University, is looking for a motivated Program Manager Intern to support the planning and execution of its diverse programs. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience in coordinating trainings, webinars, fellowships, and innovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating program activities, including trainings, webinars, and fellowships.
• Maintain communication with mentors, participants, speakers, and partners, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using collaborative tools.
• Organise documentation, reports, meeting notes, and program resources.
• Monitor participant engagement and program progress.
• Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions to improve operations and impact.
