Program Manager – Innovation (Remote)

About the role

The SCAN Foundation is seeking a remote Program Manager to lead its Innovation portfolio. You will shape strategic partnerships, develop cutting‑edge programs, and ensure that funded projects deliver measurable impact for older adults.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop, and manage a diverse set of partnerships and grants aligned with the Foundation’s strategic plan.
• Provide expertise on technology and innovation trends to identify program priorities and gaps.
• Monitor progress of Foundation‑supported projects, facilitate grantee activities, and create synergies across initiatives.
• Research emerging approaches, funding trends, and data‑analytics solutions relevant to older‑adult care.
• Represent the Foundation in external forums, building networks with investors, tech firms, payers, and analytics companies.
• Lead grant, partnership, and impact‑investment development, including proposal preparation, budgeting, and board reporting.
• Oversee grant administration, conduct site visits, and evaluate pre‑ and post‑grant outcomes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of innovation, technology, analytics, and data solutions for health and social care.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially for priority older‑adult populations.
• Experience attending and contributing to external meetings, conferences, and professional societies.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks across sectors.
