Program Manager – Innovation (Remote)

About the role

The Foundation seeks a Program Manager to lead its Innovation portfolio. Working remotely, you will shape strategic partnerships, develop grant programs, and drive technology‑focused solutions that improve the lives of older adults, especially those from priority populations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop, and manage diverse partnerships and grant opportunities aligned with the Foundation’s strategic plan.
• Provide expertise on innovation and technology trends to identify programmatic priorities and gaps.
• Monitor progress of funded projects, facilitate grantee activities, and create synergies across initiatives.
• Research emerging approaches, funding trends, and data analytics solutions relevant to older adult care.
• Represent the Foundation in external forums, building networks with investors, tech firms, payers, and data companies.
• Lead grant and impact‑investment proposal development, budgeting, and reporting to the Board.
• Conduct site visits and post‑grant evaluations, ensuring compliance and impact measurement.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in program design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the innovation landscape for older adults, including technology, analytics, and data solutions.
• Experience collaborating across sectors and managing multi‑stakeholder partnerships.
• Ability to synthesize research, market insights, and emerging trends into actionable program strategies.
