About the role
Leaders Network is looking for a Program Director to lead and oversee the planning and execution of its organizational programs. The role involves shaping program strategy, coordinating teams, and ensuring delivery against objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop program plans, objectives, timelines, and performance targets.
- Coordinate program teams and ensure effective collaboration.
- Monitor program progress, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Manage risks, challenges, and changes across programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare program reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure programs meet organizational goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous program development.
Required profile
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- A degree in a related discipline.
