Production & Operations Manager (Water Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Production & Operations Manager to lead our modern water production facility in Asaba. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring high‑quality output, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily bottled water production operations and manage plant staff.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes to minimise downtime.
• Optimise production processes for efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory control, logistics coordination and accurate reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bottled water or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong background in plant supervision and workforce coordination.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance and maintenance planning.
• Ability to manage inventory, logistics and production reporting.
• Effective leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of ₦200,000 per month.
• Transport allowance of ₦20,000 per month.
• Performance bonus ranging from ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 per month.
• Health support (HMO) and 15 working days of annual leave.
• Retention bonus after 12 months of continuous service.
