Production Engineer – Plastic Manufacturing

About the role
Agiville Industries Limited is seeking a Production Engineer to join its plastic waste‑bin manufacturing plant in Mile 2, Lagos. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of the injection‑molding line and supporting overall production efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and operation procedures for the entire manufacturing process and auxiliary services.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Set and adjust parameters on the control panel of production equipment.
- Plan and organise preventive‑maintenance schedules.
- Assess project and resource requirements for production targets.
- Provide technical training to other staff members.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working with an injection‑molding machine or in a plastic manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- Injection molding machine operation.
- Mechanical engineering principles.
- Maintenance scheduling.
- Control panel programming.
What we offer
- Salary of N300,000 per month.
