Product Technical Manager

About the role

The Product Technical Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lagos (Lekki area). The role oversees the entire technical lifecycle of the company’s products, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical support activities and troubleshoot product‑related issues.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive research and development initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, keeping deliveries on schedule and within scope.
• Mentor team members, document processes, and ensure alignment of technical decisions with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate product lifecycle management, quality assurance, and systems integration efforts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to diagnose issues and interpret data.
• Proven team leadership and management experience.
• Background in technical support or product troubleshooting in software/hardware environments.
• Experience in research and development or innovation projects.
• Project‑management competence with a focus on timely delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
