Product Marketer & Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketer and Key Account Manager to drive growth for our FMCG portfolio in Lagos. The role focuses on developing data‑driven growth strategies, managing distributor relationships, and expanding product visibility across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data‑driven growth strategies across all channels.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Increase product distribution and visibility.
• Oversee distributor performance through ride‑alongs, market visits, and performance reviews.
• Achieve sales metrics and KPIs for excellence in execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Execute sales plans aligned with overall brand objectives and manage distributor partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to amplify presence in all outlets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of distributor activities and results.
• Address distributor concerns, identify growth opportunities, and provide ongoing training and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or distribution management, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence wholesalers and distributors.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
