Product Engineer & Scrum Master

About the role

Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is looking for a Product Engineer & Scrum Master to lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology, engineering and digital projects. The role bridges management, technical teams and clients, ensuring projects meet scope, quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, software, design, marketing and operations.
• Translate client and business requirements into clear project objectives, tasks, deliverables and schedules.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, track sprint progress and remove blockers.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks and quality, providing regular status updates to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports and delivery records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, technical coordination or Scrum Master roles.
• Above 30 years of age.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
