Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

Centralelite Services is looking for a creative Product Designer (UI/UX) to shape the user experience of its SaaS platforms and hardware products. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually consistent interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end GOCLIMS tenant portal, covering sign‑up, workload management, billing and site‑visit booking.
• Create the SteadGrid NOC dashboard with rack schematics, server health grids, MEP status panels, access‑control and camera integration screens.
• Produce wireframes, user‑flow diagrams and high‑fidelity Figma prototypes for all new features before development.
• Define and maintain a shared design system (components, colour palette, typography, spacing, icons) used across GOCLIMS and SteadGrid.
• Write clear, illustrated hardware user manuals for OHMFlex devices (switches, sockets, hubs, CT clamps) aimed at non‑technical users.
• Support marketing design needs for Escrow‑Tech Nigeria as required.
• Collaborate with the frontend engineer to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience designing monitoring, operations or industrial dashboard interfaces.
• Proven technical writing or documentation design experience.
• Experience with motion design or micro‑interactions for live data updates.
• Familiarity with data‑centre, fintech or enterprise SaaS design conventions.
• Background in creating device user manuals or hardware product documentation.
