Procurement Supervisor – Integrated Farm

About the role

Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited, an integrated poultry farm in Igbariam, Anambra, is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead the sourcing and purchasing functions that support its current operations and future agricultural expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure reliable supply of goods and services.
• Source products and services required for poultry production and upcoming agricultural projects.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve value for money while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor delivery schedules, contract performance, and compliance with agreed terms.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related numerate discipline.
• Membership or associate status with a professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (CIPSM) Nigeria.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
