Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for projects, ensuring that all purchases are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet contractual requirements. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to support project execution across Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and monitor project procurement activities throughout all stages.
• Develop and implement procurement execution strategies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
• Plan project schedules related to requisition issuance and purchase order placement.
• Monitor material requisition timelines and ensure timely issuance.
• Review requisitions for completeness, expedite missing data, and set early delivery dates for equipment and materials.
• Analyze and evaluate purchase requisition forms to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintain and foster relationships with OEMs, manage RFQs, and oversee shipping and delivery of equipment to site locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building supplier and stakeholder relationships.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
