Procurement and Logistics Coordinator – Abuja

About the role

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator ensures timely, cost‑effective, and compliant acquisition and delivery of goods and services to support IPAS’s operations and program implementation in Nigeria. Working closely with finance, administration, and program teams, the role enhances operational efficiency and helps the organization achieve its objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and tracking of procurement plans aligned with organizational and program needs.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Document, track, and process procurement requests in line with established procedures.
• Execute procurement of materials, goods, and equipment in a cost‑effective, transparent, and compliant manner.
• Maintain full documentation and audit‑ready records of procurement processes and transactions.
• Conduct market research, update supplier databases, and support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
• Assist in periodic supplier assessments to evaluate performance and compliance.
• Support preparation, review, and amendment of supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts are properly documented, tracked, and compliant with organizational standards.

Required profile

• Ability to ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
