Private Wealth Manager - Deposit Mobilisation

About the role

Eazy Credit Ltd is seeking a Private Wealth Manager – Deposit Mobilisation to join its Lagos team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will attract and serve high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients, helping them grow and protect their wealth through tailored deposit and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and build lasting relationships with high‑net‑worth and mass‑affluent clients.
• Mobilise deposits across savings, fixed‑deposit and investment‑linked products.
• Provide bespoke financial and estate planning advice aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Manage client portfolios, prepare financial proposals and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and product developments.
• Report regularly on deposit growth, client acquisition and retention metrics.
• Participate in business‑development initiatives and networking events.

Required profile

• Strong financial and estate planning expertise with a holistic wealth‑management approach.
• Investment management and finance knowledge to analyse opportunities and support deposit growth.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in private banking or wealth management, with excellent client relationship, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset, high numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field; advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian financial services landscape, especially Lagos‑area deposit products and regulations.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality and ability to thrive in a target‑driven, collaborative environment.
