About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Private Chef to join a high‑net‑worth household in Enugu. The chef will create customized, nutritious meals, manage kitchen operations, and support private events while maintaining the utmost discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly menus tailored to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and health goals.
• Prepare fresh, beautifully presented meals for daily dining and special occasions.
• Source premium, seasonal ingredients from trusted suppliers.
• Maintain a spotless, organized kitchen that complies with food‑safety standards.
• Control inventory, manage stock rotation, and minimize waste.
• Accommodate allergies, medical needs, and cultural or religious dietary requirements.
• Cater private gatherings, dinner parties, and family events.
• Monitor food costs and operate within agreed budgets.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in the client’s residence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
• Culinary school training or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and nutrition.
• Ability to prepare a variety of international and local cuisines.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and communication skills.
