Preschool Teacher – Full‑time On‑site Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join Ebenezer International School in Owo on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, guiding them through the early stages of education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to preschool children.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in early childhood education and kindergarten instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience with preschool‑aged children preferred.
