Practice Manager

About the role

The Practice Manager will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the Abuja centre, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to develop, plan, coordinate and implement the company's administrative policies, procedures and systems.
• Maintain oversight of the centre's administrative and operational systems and processes to support the smooth running of the Abuja centre.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to practice data capture procedures for new patient enquiries and treatment plans.
• Drive business development initiatives agreed with the COO or CEO to expand the practice's patient base.
• Manage the patient recall and reactivation process to re‑book lapsed patients and secure acceptance of treatment plans.
• Oversee the onboarding of new janitorial staff.
• Enforce employee and organizational compliance with health and safety policies, requirements and regulations.
• Implement and monitor compliance of the centre's driver with fleet management policies and procedures.
• Ensure availability of logistics services, inventory management, security services and vendor management to support daily operations.

Required profile

• First degree or HND in Business Administration or Business Management.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Health Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare or hospitality support services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Salary: 500,000 Naira gross.
