PMO & Project Coordinator – SAP Inventory Readiness (Contract)

About the role

Bristones LLC is seeking a Contract PMO & Project Coordinator to support a SAP Materials Management (MM) inventory readiness and data‑cleansing programme for an industrial client. The role will work closely with the Programme Lead to keep the project structured, traceable, and professionally managed across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Programme Lead with day‑to‑day project coordination and administration.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs and follow‑up trackers.
• Maintain the project plan, deliverables register, issue log, risk log and decision tracker.
• Coordinate updates across SAP MM, master data, inventory, warehouse and UAT workstreams.
• Track client dependencies, approvals, deadlines and milestone evidence.
• Produce weekly status reports and executive summaries.
• Support document formatting, version control and quality checks before client submission.
• Escalate delays, risks or missing inputs to the Programme Lead promptly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, consulting or ERP project administration.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working across time zones and with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
