About the role
We are hiring a qualified Pharmacy Technician to provide remote customer and patient support. You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about medications and orders.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Answer general questions about medications, dosages, usage, and availability.
- Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills.
- Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist when needed.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Flag any safety, compliance, or stock issues promptly.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, customer‑support tools, and video calls.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Required skills
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software.
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
