About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer on‑site in Nigeria. The role involves providing executive administrative and personal assistance, managing the CEO’s diary and handling clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle personal assistance duties and day‑to‑day clerical tasks.
- Prepare documents, correspondence and reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or personal assistance roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
