Personal Assistant – Remote with Extensive Travel

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to join our team remotely while traveling extensively (80‑90% of the year). This position is designed as a paid mentorship program for recent graduates eager to develop high‑level administrative and support skills.

Key responsibilities

• Travel on behalf of the manager, with all expenses fully covered.
• Provide on‑the‑road support, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to obtain resources and support.
• Adapt to diverse tasks and fast‑paced environments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with high energy, enthusiasm and ambition.
• Native English speaker with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrates grit, willpower and a humble, learning‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working at a very fast pace and handling frequent change.
