Performance Marketer

About the role

Jimo Real Estate is looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across major digital platforms. The role combines performance advertising, SEO, and email automation to generate high‑quality leads for the real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates through funnel and landing page optimisation.
• Set up and manage tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Build and optimise landing pages, sales funnels and retargeting sequences.
• Analyse campaign data and produce actionable performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to enhance results.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and technical SEO audits.
• Plan, create and optimise email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
• Manage email automation workflows, audience segmentation and performance reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, SEO or digital marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, pixels and conversion tracking.
• Experience in lead generation, funnel design, landing pages and CRM integration.
• Prior work with SEO tools and best practices.
• Experience using email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Real‑estate or high‑ticket sales marketing experience is a plus.
