Part‑time Student Recruiter (Hybrid – Abuja)

About the role

The International Business School is looking for a part‑time, hybrid Student Recruiter based in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from initial inquiry to enrollment while representing the school’s global business programs.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools, host information sessions, attend fairs and use online channels to attract prospective students.
• Clearly present IBS programmes, admission requirements and value propositions.
• Respond to inquiries, provide personalized guidance throughout the application process and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support outreach campaigns and digital recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM system and generate periodic recruitment reports.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and enhance the student experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage students, parents and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple leads and events.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening, empathy and professional follow‑up.
• Digital literacy, including email, CRM or database use, social media and basic office productivity tools.
• Experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or counseling is an advantage, preferably in an educational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
