Partnerships Manager – Bayelsa

About the role

Zipline is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and nurture relationships with key local stakeholders in Bayelsa. You will act as the bridge between Zipline’s drone delivery operations and community leaders, health system administrators, suppliers and implementing partners, ensuring seamless integration and sustained impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with state‑level stakeholders to secure a reliable supply of commodities to distribution centers.
• Coordinate regular stakeholder engagement, including weekly or monthly meetings and reporting on outcomes.
• Collaborate with community leaders, health workers, suppliers and partners to align objectives and drive operational success.
• Travel up to 40% of the time to meet partners and oversee on‑ground activities.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who can use storytelling to convey project impact.
• Proven leadership ability to rally diverse groups toward a common goal.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, mission‑driven environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
