Partnership & Regulatory Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Partnership & Regulatory Executive to support our regulatory processes, stakeholder communication, and partnership activities, ensuring smooth out‑of‑home (OOH) operations. The role will work closely with the manager and various external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory documentation and permit processing.
• Follow up on approvals and compliance requirements.
• Support communication with regulatory agencies and partners.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, and correspondence.
• Assist the manager with stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare basic reports and updates when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
