About the role

Flowmingo is seeking a part‑time Marketing Growth Business Partner to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. Working remotely, you will leverage your network in the hiring and recruitment space to introduce companies to Flowmingo’s solution and drive adoption of premium features.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network, community groups, and online audiences.
• Communicate the benefits of AI‑driven hiring, emphasizing time savings and improved candidate experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor for prospects exploring the platform, answering questions and providing guidance.
• Collect real‑time market feedback to help refine product features and partner programs.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on revenue generated from referred clients.

Required profile

• Content creators, community builders, or HR influencers with an established audience.
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, creative mindset focused on growth and results.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR fields is preferred.
