Outdoor Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Lead to drive business growth across Lagos and surrounding territories. You will be the front‑line representative of Elevate Human Solutions, promoting our furniture, tiles, sanitary wares and other building finishing solutions directly to key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, residential and commercial developments, retail outlets and other prospective customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, interior designers, property owners and procurement professionals.
• Promote and position the company’s product portfolio as the preferred supplier for upcoming projects.
• Generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline and drive customers to the showroom for consultation and purchase.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and pending sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with indoor sales and showroom teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, lead generation and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related discipline.
• At least 5 years (60 months) of proven outdoor/field sales or business development experience.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, building materials, sanitary ware or tiles is strongly preferred.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to develop relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Target‑driven with a commercial and revenue orientation.
