Outbound Sales Specialist

About the role

LML Repair Shops is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Agent to make outbound calls to potential customers in Nigeria, understand their needs, and convert qualified leads into service bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain electronics and device repair services and answer basic questions.
• Identify customer needs, follow up with unconverted leads, and handle rejection.
• Build rapport, move conversations toward a sale or booked service, and keep accurate call records.
• Meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, handling rejection, and working U.S. business hours.
• Previous sales or cold‑calling experience preferred; phone sales experience a strong plus.
• Reliable laptop/desktop, good headset, stable internet and backup power arrangements.
