Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes within our manufacturing and warehousing environment. This role coordinates receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of products.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and product availability.
• Supervise warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and other operational personnel.
• Coordinate order processing, loading, deliveries, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, returns, and operational activities.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Previous experience in operations, distribution, logistics, warehouse supervision or FMCG is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Honest, responsible, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Must reside in Abraham Adesanya, Ajah or nearby areas.
