Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with Recapss’s strategic objectives. You will coordinate office workflows, manage operational processes, and support seamless cross‑functional collaboration between teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve daily operational systems and SOPs for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, suppliers and service providers.
• Support budget management, resource allocation and operational planning.
• Identify operational risks and champion adoption of technology and productivity tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, business management or a hybrid HR/Ops role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Real Estate or a related field.
• Proven ability to build internal systems, manage cross‑functional workflows and design efficient processes.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using productivity tools for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to set up and manage CRM workflows.
