About the role
The Operations Manager will lead daily activities across all Toasties Limited outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery and profitability. This senior‑level position reports directly to senior management and focuses on operational excellence within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all restaurant locations.
- Drive sales growth, improve profit margins, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and HSE standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams.
- Monitor and control inventory, labour, and food costs.
- Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and resolve escalated issues.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable operations management role within hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑site teams and manage budgets.
