Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day running of the LPG plant and its associated facilities, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support business goals.
• Oversee daily plant operations, managing manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Supervise the Plant Supervisor to maintain safe and efficient plant performance.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out and facilities remain compliant.
• Lead QA/QC activities, investigate quality incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of operations management experience in energy, LPG, oil & gas, manufacturing or a similar industrial sector.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, HSE or Quality Management are advantageous.
