Operations Lead – Drive Platform Efficiency

About the role

Losode Nigeria Limited is looking for an Operations Lead to own and optimise day‑to‑day activities across its platform. You will ensure smooth execution of customer, designer and order fulfilment flows while building scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily platform operations, guaranteeing seamless customer and designer experiences.
• Identify operational gaps, design solutions and implement them quickly.
• Lead and structure operational teams (Customer Experience, Designer Experience, Technology Operations) with clear roles and accountability.
• Design, document and standardise SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Establish, monitor and report on key operational metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering and Finance teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Act as the central point for issue escalation, prioritising and resolving problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, preferably within a high‑growth startup, marketplace or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving execution.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and improve existing systems.
