Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities of Enterprise Hill’s education institute, overseeing training programmes, counselling sessions, community events and the resource centre. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure smooth coordination across all business units and the NGO arm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities across paid and free training, counselling, community engagement and events.
• Supervise the project manager, client management executive, executive assistant and other staff.
• Plan, coordinate, execute and document all programmes, events and organisational activities.
• Develop and implement operational systems, processes and standards to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate internal workflow, ensuring clear communication and timely task delivery.
• Monitor training calendars, event plans, client communication processes and CEO support activities.
• Review operational plans, provide approvals, guidance and escalation support.
• Track performance, support KPI development and ensure alignment with budget, timeline and quality expectations.
• Identify gaps, recommend improvements and support continuous optimisation.
• Prepare and present operational updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Strong communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
