About the role

PolarRide Inc is looking for an enthusiastic Operations and Marketing Assistant to support the daily coordination of its high‑end vehicle rental and driver services while boosting its brand presence across social platforms. This hybrid role blends logistics oversight with creative marketing initiatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet and driver schedules, optimizing vehicle rentals and driver hires nationwide.
• Manage logistics for vehicle handoffs, dispatching, and quality control for each booking.
• Build and nurture relationships with car owners, renters, and professional chauffeurs.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Curate, post, and grow content on PolarRide’s social media channels.
• Design marketing campaigns that highlight premium offerings such as luxury cars and yacht charters, driving app downloads.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or marketing.
