Open Enrollment Manager

About the role

The Open Enrollment Manager will lead the sales and enrolment function for public training programmes, driving participation, revenue and a high‑quality customer experience. Reporting to senior leadership, the role blends sales leadership, people management and operational oversight across a hybrid/remote work model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, enrolment and revenue for public training programmes, managing inbound and outbound activities and improving lead‑to‑enrolment conversion.
• Lead, coach and develop the Open Enrollment team, set objectives, conduct regular performance reviews and support recruitment.
• Monitor enrolment levels, wait‑lists and participant queries, ensuring timely communication throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Scheduling and Operations to optimise programme calendars, launch campaigns and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Act as CRM Super User, maintaining accurate lead, prospect and customer data, generating performance reports and continuously improving sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development or customer success within professional training or a related commercial function.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or leading a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets in B2B or B2C environments.
• Strong customer relationship management experience and proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
