On‑site Property Manager – Lagos

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lagos and focuses on managing the daily operations of residential or commercial properties. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants, oversee lease administration, and ensure timely rent collection.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, and conduct regular property inspections.
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and generate reports on occupancy, revenue and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, handling tenant inquiries and escalations.
• Support marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Maintain a safe, well‑maintained environment for all occupants.

Required profile

• Strong property‑management experience, including lease administration, rent collection and maintenance coordination.
• Experience in budgeting, basic financial reporting and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple properties.
• Familiarity with Nigerian real‑estate regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently on‑site, exercise sound judgment and take ownership of decisions.
• Previous experience in property or facilities management is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business or related field is an advantage, though relevant experience is also considered.
