About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Online Tutor to join our team in Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering virtual lessons and supporting learners through personalized guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live online classes and ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Develop and adapt educational content to meet curriculum standards.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and tailor support to individual needs.
• Guide students through assignments and projects, fostering comprehension and skill development.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging tools in online education.

Required profile

• Strong teaching abilities with experience creating and delivering instructional material.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student interaction.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities to plan and conduct classes.
• Degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field.
• Prior experience in online tutoring or teaching is an advantage.
