Online Instructor – Organizational Performance & Productivity

About the role

The IDMANN Institute is seeking experienced professionals to deliver online instruction in Organizational Performance and Productivity Improvement. Instructors will lead live sessions for the Supervisory Training Program, helping working professionals transition into supervisory roles.

Key responsibilities

• Teach modules on Time Management and Task Prioritization, Performance Management and Evaluation, Production Planning and Forecasting, and Quality Management and Productivity Planning.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching methods tailored to diverse student backgrounds.
• Engage with students for approximately 10 hours per week, primarily during evenings on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Provide clear explanations, facilitate discussions, and assess student progress.
• Maintain a professional, distraction‑free teaching environment.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and real‑life experience in the relevant disciplines.
• Ability to understand curriculum, create teaching plans, and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong conflict‑identification and negotiation abilities; capable of inspiring confidence.
• Dedication to student success and familiarity with various teaching methods.
• Prior experience teaching online or comfort with virtual classroom tools.
