Online Instructor – Organizational Performance & Productivity

About the role

The IDMANN Institute seeks experienced professionals to deliver online instruction for its Supervisory Training Program. Instructors will teach live sessions on modules such as Time Management, Performance Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, and Productivity Planning, supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes according to the preset schedule (typically Tuesday & Thursday evenings and Saturday & Sunday evenings).
• Develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and teaching methods tailored to adult learners.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and grade assignments.
• Manage classroom dynamics, identify conflicts, and negotiate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of course content and delivery.

Required profile

• Real‑world experience in the relevant disciplines with a strong track record of performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students remotely.
• Capability to design curriculum for learners of varying backgrounds.
• Self‑motivation to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Availability at least four days per week during the specified evening slots.
• Own a reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, microphone, and stable broadband connection.
