Office Manager

About the role

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations of our juicing production line, ensuring smooth workflow from production to delivery. This role combines operational oversight with sales support to help expand our client base in the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily juicing operations and production workflow, including packaging.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain stock levels and smooth operations.
• Assist with sales efforts and pitch to businesses to expand the client base.
• Make on‑the‑ground decisions and resolve operational issues quickly.

Required profile

• Prior experience in the food industry, FMCG, or a similar production/sales role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, sharp, and able to work independently.
• Good with numbers, coordination, and managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary range NGN150,000 – NGN250,000 per month.
• Additional 10% commission on supply‑chain sales.
