Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a licensed nursing professional to join our Occupational Health team. The role focuses on delivering health services, managing workplace injuries, and supporting employee wellness in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services and medical support to employees.
• Conduct health screenings, occupational evaluations, and fitness‑for‑work assessments.
• Manage workplace injury and illness cases from reporting to follow‑up.
• Coordinate travel health assessments and related preparations.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and medical service vendors.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing according to company procedures.
• Support emergency preparedness and response initiatives.
• Participate in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) programs and committees.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Required profile

• Nursing degree, advanced nursing degree, Physician Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
• Current professional nursing license valid in the location of operation.
• Occupational health nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of occupational medicine, emergency medical response, and workplace health regulations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and risk‑management abilities.
• Experience in health promotion, case management, and employee wellness programs.
