Network Cloud Engineer (Lagos)

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Network Cloud Engineer to join its Lagos office. You will be responsible for operating secure, highly‑available computing platforms, servers and networks that support the company’s lending and savings services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and provide Level 2/3 support for switched, wireless and remote‑access networks.
• Administer the enterprise‑wide area network, including Cisco routers, next‑generation firewalls and unified threat‑management systems.
• Manage voice infrastructure, provide Level 2 support and coordinate with internet/voice service providers.
• Operate and secure cloud‑based infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Linux/Windows instances, snapshots, SDN, security controls).
• Integrate cloud and on‑premises networks with partners and third‑party providers.
• Mitigate enterprise security risks, ensure compliance and perform periodic health checks.
• Provide technical expertise to the Help Desk and collaborate with legal and project teams.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCDP, Microsoft MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator are preferred.
• Strong user‑support background is desirable.
